We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Your Monolit box offers an option to send, receive, and archive email messages from your Google Mail account. If you choose to use this function, you will be guided through an Oauth authentication procedure. While going through this procedure, tokens will be exchanged between your device and Google. Your password will never be visible to your device or to any other of our services. This process establishes a link between your Monolit device and a Google Mail account. Your device can use this link to send, receive, and archive your Google Mail messages. At no point will we store any of your account information or any of your messages. The link is specific to your device and only known to your device. Members of the Monolit support team will never have access to your Google Mail account. Any messages will be stored in the same encrypted on-site way on your device as any other document you store on your device.
